All NMEprops costume helmets are rotocast in a durable urethane resin. Each helmet weighs approximately 2.5 to 3.5 pounds. Each helmet is first hand sculpted, Mastered and Molded by Marcus Napuri from the Emmy winning costume team of the Ahsoka Series.
The Phoenix Helmet is one of Marcus's most resent original designs and was inspired by the Armorer and Ursa Wren.
